Brewing Method: Combine 2 tablespoons (12 - 16 grams) of loose tea with 1.5 cups (350 mL) of your favorite dairy or non-dairy milk, and 0.5 cups (120 mL) of pure water in a saucepan. Bring the ingredients to a boil and simmer for 3 - 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the sweetener of your choice (we recommend brown sugar, coconut sugar, or maple sugar to complement the spices). Strain into your your favorite cup and enjoy!
